Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into drinks mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir well until chilled.
Hawthorne strain into glass.
Drop small quenelle of sturgeon caviar on top.

Sturgeon Moon is luscious heavy cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml gin rebel and 30ml wine white with 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into drinks mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir well until chilled. Hawthorne strain into glass and drop small quenelle of sturgeon caviar on top and served in a martini glass cold.
