Whisky Liqueur Drambuie

Lemon Juice

Ice

27% Alcohol By Volume

1.9 Standard Drinks

Method - Shaken - Cold

Add a little ice to bar shaker.
Pour ingredients into shaker over ice.
Shake the hell out of it.
Pour all into rocks glass.
Top glass with ice.
Scrummy

Whisky Vat 69 - Vat 69 Whisky is a blended Whisky produced by William Sanderson and has upfront malty heather sweetness and a lovely peat smoke savoury finish.

Whisky Liqueur Drambuie - Drambuie is a honey whisky liqueur and is golden coloured liqueur made from whisky honey herbs and spices.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Strongman is scrummy very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml whisky vat 69 and 30ml whisky liqueur drambuie with 30ml lemon juice as well as 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add a little ice to bar shaker then pour ingredients into shaker over ice and shake the hell out of it. Pour all into rocks glass and top glass with ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
