  1. Place ice cream into glass.
  2. Add in the vodka and the liqueur.
  3. Pour in the root beer soda.
  4. Sprinkle bitters on top.

Built with 30ml root beer liqueur phillips and 30ml vodka spring bay with 10ml bitters root beer kenny as well as 50ml ice cream including 170ml root beer soda and best with lunch. Just place ice cream into glass then add in the vodka and the liqueur and pour in the root beer soda. Sprinkle bitters on top and served in a highball glass cold.
