  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Add bourbon to glass.
  3. Add lemon juice.
  4. Pour in sugar syrup.

Strong John Collins is appealing quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Built with 45ml bourbon eagle rare 10year and 10ml lemon juice with 10ml la cuite syrup as well as 35ml soda water including 190ml ice and best at tea time. Just fill glass with ice then add bourbon to glass and add lemon juice. Pour in sugar syrup and top with soda water and served in a highball glass cold.
