Method - Shaken - Cold

Place ice into shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.

Rum Rhum Agricole - Rum Rhum Agricole is the French term for cane juice rum a style of rum originally distilled in the Caribbean islands from freshly squeezed sugar cane juice rather than molasses.

Strega - Liquore Strega is a herbal liqueur produced since 1860 its yellow color comes from the presence of saffron and soft smooth and sour sweet with herbs and vanilla in a delicate balance.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Spritz Syrup - Spritz syrup is made with quinine cranberries grapefruit and herbs it has a perfectly balanced bittercitrusy sweet taste.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Strega Daiquiri is inviting robust cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml rum rhum agricole and 30ml strega with 15ml lemon juice as well as 15ml orange juice including 10ml spritz syrup also 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
