Put ice cubes into shaker.
Add ingredients into shaker over ice.
Vigorously shake well.
Hawthorne strain into glass.
Garnish with etrog peel knot.

Etrog Syrup - Etrog syrup is made from water sugar and Etrog juice all cooked together until thick and bright in color.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Etrog Peel - Peel from a citrus Etrog.

Stigma is energizing robust cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Built with 60ml vodka citrus skyy and 30ml etrog juice with 10ml etrog syrup as well as 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just put ice cubes into shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and vigorously shake well. Hawthorne strain into glass and garnish with etrog peel knot and served in a saucer glass cold.
