Method
  1. Add half the ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Quick shake.
  4. Pour everything into glass.
  5. Fill glass with ice.

Steamboat is moreish full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml coffee liqueur toussaint and 30ml vodka puschkin whipped cream with 30ml cream as well as 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake. Pour everything into glass and fill glass with ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
