20% Alcohol By Volume

40 Proof

1.4 Standard Drinks

Method - Shaken - Cold

Place ice into shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake the hell out of it.
Hawthorne strain into cold glass.
Garnish with pineapple.

Rum Coconut - Coconut Rum is a beverage distilled alcoholic and made from sugarcane and coconut flavour.

Pineapple Juice - Pineapple juice is a sweet acidic liquid bright yellow in color and is made by crushing and pulping pineapple flesh and straining into juice.

Staten Island Ferry is scrummy quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml rum coconut and 45ml pineapple juice with 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake the hell out of it. Hawthorne strain into cold glass and garnish with pineapple and served in a saucer glass cold.
