Method
  1. Add half the ice to shaker.
  2. Add half the mint.
  3. Add all other ingredients to shaker.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Pour all into glass.
  6. Top glass with ice.
  7. Served in julep cup.
  8. Garnish with mint.
  9. Lovely

St Regis Julep is lovely very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml whisky rye and 15ml rum gold amber brix with 10ml sugar syrup brown as well as 10ml pomegranate syrup including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add half the ice to shaker then add half the mint and add all other ingredients to shaker. Shake well and pour all into glass and top glass with ice and served in julep cup and garnish with mint and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
