Squealing Pig Martini is delightful heavy cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml gin rose squealing pig and 30ml vermouth dry la canellese with 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into chilled glass and garnish with rose petal and served in a martini glass cold.
