Method - Stirred - Cold

Put the cubes of ice into shaker.
Add in the peel of yuzu.
Shake well.
Stir in the gin and syrup.
Add in the tonic soda.
Hawthorne strain into glass.

Gin Yuzu - Citrus is also prominent on the palate and becomes sharper. Heady blossom notes of fizzy orange lemon and juicy grapefruit blend together in an enjoyably creamy texture.

Yuzu Syrup - Yuzu syrup made with sugar to make thick and sweet and cooked until well mixed.

Tonic Soda - Tonic soda is a carbonated soft drink in which quinine is dissolved and used as a prophylactic against malaria.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Yuzu Peel - Peel from a yuzu fruit also knowen as yuzu zest or yuzu skin.

Spyware is succulent quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin yuzu and 10ml yuzu syrup with 35ml tonic soda as well as 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just put the cubes of ice into shaker then add in the peel of yuzu and shake well. Stir in the gin and syrup and add in the tonic soda and hawthorne strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
