Springtime Festa is succulent quite strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml cachaca don diego and 15ml ginger liqueur friedrichs with 15ml lime juice as well as 10ml raspberry liqueur teichenne including 10ml bitters also 30ml soda water together with 100ml ice and best with buffet style food. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker, less soda and shake well. Strain into glass and dash of soda water on top and served in a saucer glass cold.
