Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice cubes to shaker.
Place ingredients into shaker.
Vigorously shake.
Julep strain into glass.
Garnish with lime peel.

Whisky Kensei - Kensei Japanese Whisky spice flavours combined with caramel and vanilla hints.

Lime Juice - A lime is a hybrid fruit which is typically round lime green 36 centimetres in diameter and contains acidic juice vesicles that are are broken.

Quince Syrup - Quince syrup made with sugar and water.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Lime Peel - The skin of a lime.

Spit Shine is revitalizing very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml whisky kensei and 15ml lime juice with 10ml quince syrup as well as 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add ice cubes to shaker then place ingredients into shaker and vigorously shake. Julep strain into glass and garnish with lime peel and served in a liqueur glass cold.
