Sphinx is delish above average cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml rum light white defiance and 60ml wine white with 80ml soda water as well as 130ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place the ice cubes into glass then add in the rum and pour in the white wine. Stir in the soda water and add green grapes into glass and served in a goblet glass cold.
