Add shot of gin.
Pour in soda water.

Gin Green Ant - Gin made from Green Ants are a unique bush tucker hand harvested in the Northern Territory by the Motlop family of the Larrakia people.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Mead Beemead - Beemead Mead with honey and ginger tingles on the tongue. One of the first sparkling meads this is loaded with flavour including a range of honey varieties and expect plenty of bubbles and lots of sweetness.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Spectre is fortifying full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin green ant and 30ml soda water with 30ml mead beemead as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just pack ice into glass then add shot of gin and pour in soda water. Top with honey mead and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
