Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with pecan nuts.

Bourbon Bluebird - Bluebird four grain bourbon is made from the finest blend of corn rye wheat and barley and mash the grains distill only once and age the bourbon in new oak barrels.

Pecan Liqueur - Pecan flavoured Liqueur.

Bitters - Bitters is a very strong alcoholic liquid flavored with botanical herbs and spices and are always strong in flavor.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Pecan - Pecan nuts are from a tree is cultivated for its seeds.

Southern Manhattan is glorious heavy cocktail at 2.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 40ml bourbon bluebird and 40ml pecan liqueur with 10ml bitters as well as 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and garnish with pecan nuts and served in a martini glass cold.
