  1. Place ice into shaker.

Southern Gin is very palatable full strength cocktail at 2.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml gin dry clarence and 10ml curacao orange joseph cartron with 10ml bitters kenny as well as 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just place ice into shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and quick shake to mix. Strain into glass and served in a liqueur glass cold.
