Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker, less cream.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Garnish with quenelle of cream.

Southern Beauty is mouth watering heavy cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml brandy six dogs xo and 30ml bourbon bluebird with 20ml cream quenelle and best at tea time. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker, less cream and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with quenelle of cream and served in a saucer glass cold.
