Method
  1. Add half the ice to shaker.
  2. Add ingredients into shaker over ice.
  3. Quick shake to mix.

Shaken with 60ml arrack van oosten and 10ml bitters orange with 10ml sugar palm as well as 10ml lime juice including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add half the ice to shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and quick shake to mix. Pour all into glass and fill glass with ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
