South Ferry is placute watered down cocktail at 0.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml bourbon liqueur cream and 20ml toffee syrup with 200ml milk hot and best at tea time. Just heat up the milk and warm glass then add the bourbon to glass and pour in the hot milk. Stir in the toffee syrup and good with a penguin biscuit and served in a coffee glass warm.
