Method
  1. Put half the ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients into shaker.
  3. Quick shake to mix.
  4. Pour all into glass.
  5. Pack more ice cubes into glass.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

South African Collins Classic is geurig very strong cocktail at 2.2 standard drinks. Shaken with 70ml whisky three ships and 30ml lemon juice with 190ml ice and best at tea time. Just put half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients into shaker and quick shake to mix. Pour all into glass and pack more ice cubes into glass and served in a highball glass cold.
