Sour Sailor is reviving strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml rum spiced sailor jerry and 30ml lemon juice with 15ml sugar syrup as well as 10ml egg white including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add rum and lemon juice into glass then pour in syrup and egg white and vigorously shake. Add ice into glass and shake well again until fluffy and strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
