Method - Shaken - Cold

Add all ingredients to shaker.
Add sliced orange to shaker.
Vigorously shake.
Place ice into shaker.
Vigorously shake again.
Hawthorne strain into glass.

Gin Teichenne Reserve - Reserve gin Teichenne elaborate Level Gin Reserve we macerate our selection of botanists and perform three distillations. Once we get the cleanest and purest part of the last distillation we let the gin rest at least 8 months in our oak barrels which have previously aged brandy for decades.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Gomme Syrup - Gomme syrup is made from arabic gum and cooked with water and sugar until thick and clear in color.

Egg White - White of a egg also called albumen or the glair glaire used to make your cocktail fluffy you can also use Aquafaba.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Orange - Orange is the fruit of the citrus species citrus.

Sour Gin is zamatos quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml gin teichenne reserve and 15ml lemon juice with 15ml gomme syrup as well as 15ml egg white including 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just add all ingredients to shaker then add sliced orange to shaker and vigorously shake. Place ice into shaker and vigorously shake again and hawthorne strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
