Method - Shaken - Room Temperature

TWO SHOTS - Always Share A Shot :)
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Dry shake until mixed.
Strain into shot glass.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Sour Bee Shot is delish very strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml whisky penderyn and 15ml benedictine dom 1510 with 15ml lemon juice and works well with savoury style foods. Just two shots always share a shot then add all ingredients to shaker and dry shake until mixed. Strain into shot glass and served in a shot glass at room temperature.
