Lime Soda

Method - Poured - Cold

Add half the ice to shaker.
Cut bits of candied lime and add to shaker.
Add half the ice to shaker.
Pour in apple liqueur and vodka.
Quick shake to mix.
Pour all into glass.
Fill Glass with ice,
Top with lime soda.
Garnish with sour apple.
Energizing

Built with 30ml apple liqueur sour pucker dekuyper and 15ml vodka 1965 reserva with 55ml lime soda as well as 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add half the ice to shaker then cut bits of candied lime and add to shaker and add half the ice to shaker. Pour in apple liqueur and vodka and quick shake to mix and pour all into glass then fill glass with ice, and top with lime soda and garnish with sour apple and served in a highball glass cold.
