Shaken with 30ml cloudberry liqueur lapponia and 30ml rhubarb liqueur vedrenne with 30ml cream as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake to mix. Strain into cold glass and garnish with stewed rhubarb and a cloudberry and served in a saucer glass cold.
