Shaken with 30ml tsipouro gatsios and 15ml kumquat syrup with 45ml soda water as well as 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add half the ice to shaker then add shot of tsipouro to glass and pour in kumquat syrup. Shake a little and our in soda water and stir well until mixed and pour all into glass then top glass with ice cubes and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
