Somek is gorgeous mild cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml brandy carta real cardenal mendoza and 260ml beer brew wheat and good with afternoon tea. Just add beer to glass then add brandy to shot glass and drop brandy into beer glass. Drink in one go and served in a highball glass cold.
