Method
  1. Add ice to glass.
  2. Pour in a good aged gold tequila.
  3. Pour in pineapple juice.
  4. Float coconut cream on top.
  5. Garnish with pineapple.

Soft Mexican Kelman is beguiling average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml tequila gold herradura and 50ml pineapple juice with 20ml coconut cream as well as 190ml ice and served for or with tiffins. Just add ice to glass then pour in a good aged gold tequila and pour in pineapple juice. Float coconut cream on top and garnish with pineapple and served in a highball glass cold.
