Method - Stirred - Cold

Add a small amount of ice to mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well until mixed.
Pour everything into glass.
Add more ice to glass.
Garnish with lemonade citrus.

Lemonade Juice - Juice from the lemonade fruit with a sweet tasting citric acid level cross between a mandarin orange and a lemon. AKA Darwins Citrus Juice.

Acidulated Alkali Syrup - Acidulated Alkali Syrup is made with the peel of lemon cooked in water sugar and tartaric acid.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Lemonade - Lemonade Citrus limettioides fruit has a similar appearance to a lime but yellows as it ripens. The fruit is segmented and low in acid content giveing it a sweet taste. The lemonade fruit is a hybrid citrus fruit cross between a mandarin orange and a lemon AKA Darwins Citrus.

Soda Lemonade is nice looking watery cocktail with no alcohol. Stirred with 15ml lemonade juice and 15ml acidulated alkali syrup with 70ml syphon vichy as well as 190ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add a small amount of ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Pour everything into glass and add more ice to glass and garnish with lemonade citrus and served in a highball glass cold.
