Snap is pleasant tasting medium cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml caramel liqueur kahlua and 30ml ginger liqueur giffard with 50ml custard creme anglaise as well as 70ml biscuit ginger and served with sweet dishes. Just crumble ginger buscuit into glass then pour in the ginger liqueur and add layer of creme anglaise. Sprinkle caramel liqueur on top and add spoon for eating and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
