Method
  1. Add a small amount of ice to mixing glass.
  2. Pour ingredients into cocktail mixing glass.
  3. Gently stir.
  4. Pour all into tall glass.
  5. Fill glass with more ice.

Smith And Kearns is delightful weak cocktail at 0.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml coffee liqueur vok and 30ml cream with 40ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add a small amount of ice to mixing glass then pour ingredients into cocktail mixing glass and gently stir. Pour all into tall glass and fill glass with more ice and served in a highball glass cold.
