Sleepy Hollow is delightful super strong cocktail at 2.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml mezcal monte alban and 10ml absinthe with 10ml allspice dram liqueur as well as 10ml bitters including 200ml ice and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just fill glass with ice then place ice into shaker and add all ingredients to shaker. Shake well and strain into glass over ice and garnish with smoking rosemary and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
