  1. Place ice into shaker.
  2. Add ingredients into shaker over ice.
  3. Vigorously shake.
  4. Hawthorne strain into glass.
  5. Garnsih with mint leaf.

Sky Pilot is delicious very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 40ml vodka skyy and 40ml whisky cream with 10ml peppermint schnapps mcguinness as well as 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just place ice into shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and vigorously shake. Hawthorne strain into glass and garnsih with mint leaf and served in a saucer glass cold.
