Method - Stirred - Warm

Place ice into drinks mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Mix well with spoon.
Fine strain into glass.
Garnish top with blood lime.

Gin Pink Wildbrumby - Wildbrumby pink gin blended with raspberries berry nose harmonises with gentler notes of rose cardamom coriander and mountain pepper berry.

Blood Lime - Blood red lime have a soft sweet limey flavour and are a hybrid citrus fruit with a deep red color.

Skanky is delightful very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml gin pink wildbrumby and 30ml blood lime juice with 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just place ice into drinks mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and mix well with spoon. Fine strain into glass and garnish top with blood lime and served in a martini glass warm.
