Sinteklaas is very enjoyable christmas cocktail strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml vodka bols and 15ml peppermint liqueur dekuyper with 45ml cider as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just make rings of grenadine around inside of glass then fill glass with crushed ice and pour in vodka. Add white pepperment liqueur and top with apple cider and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
