Method - Shaken - Cold

Add half the ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Quick shake.
Pour all into glass.
Garnish with stick of candy ginger.

Sinker is beguiling full bodied cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml whisky kurayoshi 12years and 10ml lime juice with 10ml ginger syrup as well as 30ml pineapple juice including 100ml ice and served large chunks of meat. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake. Pour all into glass and garnish with stick of candy ginger and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
