Singles Bubble is enjoyable quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin sloe settlers and 10ml vermouth rosso adelaide hills distillery with 60ml sparkling wine red and good with afternoon tea. Just place shot of sloe gin itno glass then add a little rosso vermouth into glass and pour in sparkling red wine and served in a flute glass cold.
