Singapore Sling is inviting average cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin strawberry poor toms and 15ml cherry liqueur cheri suise with 15ml curacao as well as 15ml lemon juice including 20ml cherry syrup also 75ml soda water together with 130ml ice and best at tea time. Just add ice cubes to glass then pour in a little lemon juice and add soda water. Stir in cherry syrup and served in a goblet glass cold.
