Silver Rum Fizz is enjoyable strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml rum light white santa cruz and 10ml coco syrup with 30ml citron juice as well as 10ml egg white including 30ml soda water also 250ml ice and best with lunch. Just fill glass with ice to chill then add rest of ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker, less soda. Shake well and rest and shake again then strain into glass and strain into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
