Silver Absinthe Fizz is scrummy full bodied cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml absinthe reverie and 10ml egg white with 10ml sugar syrup as well as 30ml lemon juice including 30ml soda water also 290ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just fill glass with ice to chill then add rest of ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker, less soda. Shake well and rest and shake again then strain into glass over ice and top with soda and served in a highball glass cold.
