SideKick is nice looking smooth cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml quandong liqueur tamborine mountain and 10ml quandong syrup with 60ml lemon soda as well as 190ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just place ice into tumbler style glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and gently dry stir without ice. Pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
