Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Sugar rim glass.
  5. Strain into glass.
  6. Delectable

Side Car is delectable quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml cognac gautier xo and 30ml orange liqueur jelzin with 30ml lemon juice as well as 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Sugar rim glass and strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
