Sichuan Sour is succulent heavy cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml baijiu shede and 15ml rum 151 proof with 15ml passion fruit liqueur hunter as well as 30ml lime juice including 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
