Method
  1. Add shot of cognac to glass.
  2. Pour in both juices.
  3. Stir in the sparkling white wine.
  4. Drop a little ice into glass.

Show Time is delectable average cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml cognac eau de vie superieure and 30ml orange juice with 30ml pineapple juice as well as 150ml sparkling wine white including 50ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add shot of cognac to glass then pour in both juices and stir in the sparkling white wine. Drop a little ice into glass and served in a highball glass cold.
