Shark Biscuit is heavenly full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 15ml rum spiced bundaberg and 15ml vodka old youngs with 10ml bitters orange abc as well as 30ml lemon soda including 30ml orange juice also 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add bitters to inside of glass then fill glass with ice and add vodka. Pour in orange juice and add rum and pour in lemon soda and garnish with orange wheel and served in a highball glass cold.
