Sgroppino is acidic and tart average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml lemon liqueur earp and 40ml sparkling wine white with 40ml sorbet lemon and served for or with tiffins. Just use chilled glass then add scoop of lemon sorbet to glass and pour in lemon liquor. Top with sparkling white wine and served in a saucer glass cold.
