Method - Poured - Cold

Fill glass with ice to chill.
Pour sherry to glass over ice.
Add apple schnapps.
Add soda water.
Float campari on top.

Built with 30ml sherry sweet and 30ml apple schnapps schonauer with 20ml soda water as well as 10ml campari including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just fill glass with ice to chill then pour sherry to glass over ice and add apple schnapps. Add soda water and float campari on top and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
