Method - Poured - Warm

Warm the balloon glass.
Add raki into mixing glass.
Sprinkle the the turkish mix spice.
Slowly stir well until mixed.
Fine strain into balloon glass.

Spice Mix Turkish

Serefe is fortifying super strong cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Built with 60ml raki and taken after dinner or late in the night. Just warm the balloon glass then add raki into mixing glass and sprinkle the the turkish mix spice. Slowly stir well until mixed and fine strain into balloon glass and served in a balloon glass warm.
