Seong Hyeon Dal is appetissant strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 40ml soju lotte chilsung citron and 30ml vodka kaffir lime with 30ml kaffir lime soda as well as 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add ice to shaker then add kaffir lime powder to shaker and quick shake. Pour in vodka and soju and vigorously shake and stir soda then fine strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
